The BioSphere is a student-led initiative dedicated to fostering collaboration across all five undergraduate Claremont Colleges, encompassing diverse academic disciplines in the field of bioengineering.
Our Mission
Modeled after community biology labs in cities like Seattle, New York, and San Francisco, The BioSphere connects students across scientific backgrounds through interdisciplinary collaboration, hands-on experimentation, and shared resources. By supporting student-led approaches to bioengineering, The BioSphere aims to expand access to science education and inspire solutions to real-world challenges through engineering and design.
