The BioSphere is a student-led initiative dedicated to fostering collaboration across all five undergraduate Claremont Colleges, encompassing diverse academic disciplines in the field of bioengineering.
Our Mission
Modeled after community biology labs in cities like Seattle, New York, and San Francisco, The BioSphere unites students from different backgrounds through interdisciplinary collaboration and hands-on experimentation. By supporting student-led work in the sciences, The BioSphere aims to make science education more accessible and empower students to develop creative solutions to real-world challenges through engineering and design.
